One of the things we hear most often on the wedding day, about our team, is: “Wow, there are so many of you!”
It’s true.
The AltroSenso team on-site is almost always at least six people. Did you expect that?
It’s not overkill.
It’s a deliberate choice.
The team isn’t just there to “run” things — it’s there to take care of people
Our job isn’t only coordinating an event — it’s also taking care of people. On the wedding day, there are two of you. The guests are a lot more than two.
And even the most attentive, present, caring couple can’t:
- be everywhere at once
- notice every small need
- step in without interrupting their own moment
That’s exactly where a structured team comes in.
The team looks after your guests, while you enjoy the day
Who helps the guest who’s lost their glasses?
Who finds the jacket left on a chair?
Who catches a problem before it’s even said out loud?
Our team is there for exactly this: standing in for you, giving your guests the attention you’d want to give them yourselves, if you could be everywhere at once.
A wedding as if it were your own home
For us, a wedding is like inviting a lot of people into your home. And when you invite someone into your home, you pay attention to how they’re doing, what they need, how they’re feeling.
Except that on this particular day:
- “home” is a venue
- the guests number in the dozens or hundreds
- you need to be able to actually live the experience yourselves
Having a sizeable team means guaranteeing warmth, hospitality, and constant presence, without asking anything of you on the day.
Why our vendors stay present for the whole day
Another thing that sets our way of working apart is how we manage vendors on the wedding day.
We explicitly ask the professionals we work with to be present for the entire day. Because a wedding is never static.
Spaces change.
Moments follow one another.
The atmosphere evolves.
With the florists, for example, we:
- move arrangements
- rework compositions
- optimize the spaces
- create new scenes throughout the day
This lets every phase run better, and it also means we can surprise guests right up to the last moments — like with the closing flower bar.
Being a big team means taking on a responsibility
A large wedding team isn’t there to be seen.
It means:
- no guest left on their own
- no detail overlooked
- no intervention needed from you
- a day that flows naturally, never forced
The result is simple to describe but hard to achieve: you live your wedding, while everything else happens quietly around you.
And that’s exactly why there are so many of us.
